After suffering from illness for a short period of time, Mr. Khatcher Hadjian passed away on Thursday 26th of November. The funeral service took place on the next day, at 2:00pm in the "St.Paul" Church.

With our deep sorrow we inform you the death of Mr. Papken Kazanjian (85 yrs), that happened on Monday, November 23 after suffering from illness for a long period of time. Lokh "Aghtamar" Chapter has organized a special course about trendy accessories to our female compatriots, who were interested in specialization and receiving a deep background in this area. 

The students were able to study new ways of preparing these trends at home having as a teacher Mrs. Caroline Abu-Rizk(Aintablian).

The final meeting included an exhibition of their handmade creations. Worth mentioning that each piece was unique with its different color combination and its own  innovative pattern. 

The annual breakfast of "Haratch K. Guilbenkian" Secondary School Parents committee took place on Friday, November the 6th at 10am, in the "Casino Ain Anjar" Restaurant. Mrs. Ashkhen Kazanjian made the opening words on behalf of the committee, then invited Mrs. Repeca Kendirjian-Ainejian to conduct the feast.

After speaking about school day memories, she increased the joy of the feast with her anecdotes beside the Armenian beats which were being performed by our singer Jean Khozian and made everyone dance and spend joyful hours.

The funeral service is going to take place on Wednesday 4th of November at 1:00pm in the "St.Paul" church. Our deepest condolence to his family and relatives. 

The Karagoezian medical center in Anjar organized a prayer for the soul of Mihran and Zabel Karagoezian, in the "St. Paul" Church of Anjar, on Sunday October 25.

The Howard Karagoezian (HK) Commemorative Corporation was founded in New York in 1921 by Mr. and Mrs. Mihran and Zabel Karagoezians, in the memory of their son Howard, who died of malaria in 14 years of age.

A number of Clinics of the Karagoezian establishment have been operating in Lebanon for the last 6 decades, offering medical services to children nearly for free.

After the mass, the presents gathered in the Karageozian Clinic, where Rev. Sarkissian said that throughout the years, the clinic has offered unequal services to the Anjarians and the people of neighboring villages and will continue its mission.
